This is a clear evidence of the presence of racial discrimination . The only difference today is that the government is really taking actions in solving this problem .

Because of this concern of the government , discrimination in the country is lessened although not I can say that this issue concerning discrimination will never be absent in our society despite the effort of the government to change our society . There had been discrimination in the past up to the present and surely discrimination will still remain in the future . The problem is not on the part of the government only scarce rather on every individual in our society .
