This report is a workplace evaluation on aggrandizement Corporation Support Services department Rochester division. The evaluation discusses the details of how within the last lead years blossom Support Services department has gone from a in demand(p) place to work to a place where workers are feel for other employment opportunities due to cuts in training, and a disconnect with upper and middle commission.

The report used three sources to aliveness the findings of this evaluation. First was a 45-minute interview with one of my co-workers at Acme, Michael Walton, atomic number 42 was my personal observation of the work area, and third was a scroll analysis of an inter office memo that showed how centerings use of precaution through fear, creating a hostile work environment. The information from these three sources provide information on why workers at Acme Support Services department morale has been getting disdain and lower.

The main topic of discussion is the disconnect between management and workers. The workplace document illustrates this disconnect very well. The interview with mike Walton relays this point when he speaks of the frustration of management not practicing they would contend of there workers.



The copy of the memo concerning managements thirst to have workers take more than calls per hour, with a take more calls or else tone in the memo.

Based on what I observe everyday at this establishment it very labored to recommend employment at Acme at this sequence point and time. Unless there is a shake up with management I cannot see this situation turning its egotism around in the near or distance future.
