After reviewing the grant proposal that was tending(p) to the We Care derriere from the Cebola Early Childhood Center for consideration and reviewing the We Care metrical unit Critique Sheet used by board members to mold whether or not a grant should be given to nerves seeking sustenance, I would have some hesitation on accepting the grant proposal at this time repayable to several factors.
While I think the program is a colossal program and can be a great asset in that particular community, I think that the organization has some internal restructuring that should be considered first. One cause for aid is the budget of the program. The budget seems to be excessive with some point in times and item amounts considering that the program is only actually in operation for 6 months during each school year. Another cause for concern would be the future sustainability of the Cebola Early Childhood Center due to the wishing of secured funding presented in the proposal budget.



At this point, the only secured funding going towards the $100,000 program budget is for the nutrition services for nourishment for the children which is $8,000 and the rest of the program funds are not guaranteed or secured by any other source. The program could be severely changed or shutdown completely if funding that is requested is not granted by each organization each year.
