THEME: Volunteers of ecology.
A big and important project is organized by my school. This project consists in planting 1200 trees indoors this school semester. My school is cooperating with the Ministry of Environment and they are given us wholly the necessary equipment to complete this project. The project is based on volunteer work from the students The first part of the project was eat uped successfully for my class. We went to Dajti mountain to open the holes where the trees will be built. This gist took place on 16th March.
The journey began at 9 oclock. The presence of the students was 100%. We travelled by bus. The Ministry had couch in our disposal 4 buses. The trip was comfortable and we were all having fun. Everyone was a bit excited because some of us had neer worked before. When we arrived at the definite place 4 workers and engineers were waiting for us. They distributed us the necessary equipments: shovels, picks and spades. The labor was as productive as funny. The ones that worked the just about were the boys but even the girls did their best. Personally I opened only a small hole but some fri eat ups helped me finish it. The process continued for more than 2 hours. At the end of the work everyone was exhausted but satisfied with its job.
All the students cherished to have a memory of them working so you could limit cameras filming or taking photos everywhere.
The journey continued with the riding horse of Dajti mountain. We made nearly 2 km on foot. though this was the most difficult part of the journey , we took it as a challenge. It was also an excellent of spending some hours with friends. When we arrived at the terminal destination; the Dajti castle, all were a bit disappointed. We imagined to see a real castle. In fact there had remained only the past walls. We took as many photos as the memory card could contain. Those 3 hours of climbing were full of funny moments which we will always remember.
