CHANGING PARADIGMS IN OD A PRACTIONERS PERSPECTIVE GOPAL P MAHAPATRA Abstract This article is based on the authors own learnings, mirror image and experience as a manager, internal change agent, facilitator , international consultant, and coach .This wArticle highlights a some major brass suppuration initiatives over a time span of two decades.
